If the question of all questions has no (that's right, no) answers after 12 minutes, is it best to delete it?

No, that happens to me all the time and, if I was to delete every question that didn't receive a response in 1 entire DAY, I would never have any questions posted and my points would disintegrate!  

No, leave it...there will be those that come around eventually.
