if the relitive humidity is :50% and the tempeture is :30 if the tempeture falls to 20 will dew point be reached? can u expail the anwser plz and how u got it i am sooo lost

you use a dew point table like the one below.

this one says at 30C and 50% humidity, the dew point is 18C, so at 20C you have not reached the dew point.

Temperatures are in C are they not?

No, you need to determine the dewpoint and see whether it's greater or less than 20.  You can use a table or an online calculator.  You can find one at http://einstein.atmos.colostate.edu/~mcn...
