  2. Hm - England does summer time (daulight savings) too.

    So it would be 6pm in London when Pacific Standard time is 10am

    during the winter when england is on GMT.

    But during summer - you have to add an hour.

    SO if you're bit of the pacific time zone doesn;t do daylight savings - you need to add 9 hrs, not 8hrs.

    And if you happen to be calling around the time the clocks change it gets really confusing - because the US and the UK change their clocks at different dates!
