If the weather is low 60s and rainy should I wear jeans or shorts to school?

I have 2 outfits I might wear for school tomorrow and can't decide. The weather is low 60s and rainy.

Outfit 1

Pink hollister tshirt with yellow sea gull and says del mar

ae true boot jeans, dark wash or ae lightwash boyfriend jeans

brown flip flops

Outfit 2

Pink hollister shirt with ruched neckline darkwash ae shorts brown flip flops

Oh and my school has really crazy air conditioning. I wore shorts today and shivered in every class.

Always wear shorts. They are more economical and easier to move around in. I think they should be worn in the winter. You will not get too cold and the vreeze on your legs can feel refreshing.
