Question:

If the wwe and ufc are at war with eachother, then why would the WWE advertise for the UFC? It makes no sense.

As you all know the WWE and the UFC are at war with ratings and profit. Just recently Vince offered the announcer play by play guy Mike Goldberg to take the place of Jim Ross, why? Because they claimed Ross is too ugly, and suffering from a disease. In addition, they offered him a signing bonus for not showing up at a UFC event to announce, and he turned it down, and did show up. So why is the WWE advertising for the UFC if they are at war with each other? This makes no sense, and is completely counter-productive if the WWE has the UFC as their competitor and is fighting for ratings. That would be like when the WWE and WCW were at war and WWE advertised for them. What the **** is going on? Anybody got a clue? Does the WWE own UFC? Or the UFC own WWE?

  1. well ur talking bout it now so they both have ur attention so obviously they aren't doing 2 bad @ advertising

  2. Jim Ross suffers from Bell's Palsy, which basically paralyzed half his face.  The guy had to learn how to talk all over again.  That's what the "ugly" is all about.

The UFC and WWE are not in direct competition with each other.  There's some crossover in terms of fanbase (18-35 yearold males with too much testosterone), but they're not in the same business.

  3. its all about the money they will get paid. ever gone to think that it is put on??

  4. lol well they are paying them so it doesnt matter if they like each other or not the only thing they care about is the $$$

  5. most people think that they are at war with each other because of their similarities and popularities.for example,Hannah Montana and Camp Rock.they are both related to each other and music.WWE doesn't own UFC,and neither does vice versa
