If there a paper handwritten by a person to pay certain amount to another person incase he don't handover....

certain documents (without any specified date), will this piece of paper sufficient to get the person to the court ? or its not enough ? Please advise legally, as per rules.

It will definitely help you, how much I don't know.  Go to the courts and see or a lawyer.  Don't lose it what ever you do.
