If there is a Canada wide arrest warrant, does that warrant also affect the province of Quebec?

Last I checked Quebec was part of Canada.  Quebec may have limited autonomy but it is still subject to the same nation-wide laws

Quebec IS part of Canada.  I am a US citizen and am not in law enforcement, but if the warrant was not valid in ALL of Canada, it would not be 'Canada wide'.
