Calm down Alexandra I ( ha ha)

I 'm asking is there an out reach program with people trained to deal with a person that is homicidal, like the program for people that are suicidal. Who knows maybe someone would call to get a new perspective on the situation. Like the program where woman can take their baby to the hospital instead of abandoning it, because they feel hopeless, and desperate.

Do you understand?

Thank You Jonathan M, you understood my idea.
