  1. Well the coach has them on the team, and you work as a team to play the sport. Make sure that you back up your "worst" player. And know that known of you are the worst player, know that you need to have a positive attitude at all times. If you show attitude you are going to then look like the "worst" player.

Always cover your other team mates if someone can not pass make sure that you back them up and tell them that you will pass the ball instead youll go for everything that is actually going to go to them.

    Stay positive. Good luck!

  2. Volleyball is a 500% team sport. EVERY person on the team has to work toghether as on in order to be successfull regardless of talent. I dont like your question...I feel it is very rude and snotty and un-team like...that is

unless you are the worst kid on your team And maby a little embarresed to speak that low of yourself on a website....

The only way you can help your team mate get better is by being a supportive temate back to him/her. Play your hardest in every practice so that way your team improves and so do you.

  3. i dont know what level you're playing at but the worst player shouldnt be playing. but if he/she is the only thing to do is play your game no matter what... no one is going to improve by just watching worst continue to do bad. HELP THAT PLAYER.. so that he/she wont be the worst and bring the team down. Just like its a team effort to play together and win it is a team effort to help each other to get better.

  4. HE IS TALKING ABOUT HIMSELF AND EVERYONE ABOVE IS TELLING HIM TO HELP THE 'KID.'

  5. It's 'worse', 'volleyball', 'tomorrow', 'morning', and 'what', but I digress... now what is your question, you really didn't ask anything that merits an answer. Oh, and good luck!

  6. We never distance any team member... nobody would be in the "worst" class, ever.

  7. i would say that it seriously is rude 2 always watch someone who is the worst player, but if he made the time he has to be ok, right? i would just say that u should talk to ur coach who can suggest that this person get some private sessions, and not because u think this person is bad, just say that other kids on the team have noticed this.

  8. Who cares who is watching??  Do you play?  If so, help the kid out and teach him something.  Are YOU that kid? and scared to play?  I wouldn't worry about it if it isn't pertaining to you.
