  1. you have to change trains at least 3 times and you need up to 45 hours from london waterloo to moskva(moskow) :)

    there is a possiblity...

@ all: there is a train running from england to france :) .. through a tunnel!!

  2. Take a Eurostar train from London, going under the English Channel.  Then you would have to make quite a few connections to get to Moscow from any of these cities. but the easiest way to do this would be to get a Eurail pass and then take ICE (Inter City Express) or the TGV (Trans Grande Vitesse) north in France, then going through Germany on the InterReggio (InterCity) then heading east on some other train into Russia

  3. Now that you can take the Chunnel train from England to France, I am sure you can get to Moscow from Paris.

  4. Nope.  London is on an island, and there is no train that runs from the island of England/Scotland/Wales to mainland Europe.  You'd have to fly from London to one of the close-by major European cities like Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, etc., to catch a train to Moscow.

  5. Not unless they have one that floats.

  6. There are no direct trains.  You will need to change at least three times of train, the fast trip is 40 h, 11 min.
