If there is anything McDonald's can improve on, what would it be? any suggestions?

I also want to find out if there is any inconveniences you have faced in any of the Mcdonald's stores you have been to. Feel free to make suggestions. Thank you.

they should have more vegetarian items for vegetarians like me. burger king has mozarella sticks and onions rings along with grilled cheese and fries which mcdonalds already has. i also think the fries there taste horrible even when dipped in ketchup, sweet n sour sauce, or bbq sauce. try making the fries taste good. burger king, wendys, and other fast food places don't charge you money for condiments which is a bunch of bull so make the condiments free like every other place.

They need to get more healthy foods besides salads, and even a lot of the "healthy" ones are loaded with fat and calories.

The Mickey D's in my town has a permanent "positions available" sign in their yard.  The sign is actually a huge 5 foot by 7 foot solid wood sign mounted onto wooden posts.  I am not so sure that it is the "good help is hard to find" excuse.  The owner's need to just fire everyone there and hire people who are courteous, and not only respectful to the customer but also to their fellow coworkers.  The group of workers do not work well together, in my opinion, because they are poorly paid, treated like second class citizens by the public they serve, and the product has become increasingly inferior over the years.  I stopped going to McDonald's not just because of the incredibly horrid situation of our local franchise; but also because of the enlightening movie that a fellow made a couple of years ago "Supersize Me" (I think that was the name of that movie, anyway.)  At that point I was a "heavy user" in McDonald's lingo.  My cholesterol level was a real wake up call recently.  Eating out has become a nutritional landmine.

There postmix (coke) is too watery. Needs to be fixed. They water down to cut costs.

The sauces should be free

The biggest inconvenience at Macca's is their food never looks like the pictures and it should. Still tastes good, just doesnt look good

Hygiene - wear gloves, the food - more healthy options, cook the food properly, and don't use so much grease. The toilets could be cleaner.

I don't go there anymore because the last time I went I got food poisoning.

McDonalds is such a detriment to everything: environment, health, they use slave labor, cause pollution, employee treatment, etc.

It's just as bad as Wal-Mart.

Brixton McDonald's has the wost staff in London a nightmare from many years....The food is cold and old, the place is dirty...staff rude...I am always happy about the service I recived in other McDonald across London.

Took ages for my meal the other week at the drive thru even though there was no-one there.  Also they should do breakfasts a bit later or at least the bacon rolls.

hi i am from India Delhi to be exact some times their finger chips smells of stale oil or can I say reused oil,which leaves a very bitter after taste not exactly bitter but a not like able taste.Moreover their vegetarian burgers are not appetising can u improve upon this.

There are too many chavs there - I don't know how that can be improved but its one reason I never go.

Also, is it actual, edible, food there?  I do sort of wonder exactly what is in everything, but to get the nutritional information and ingredients is almost impossible.

To tell you the truth, McDonalds has such a bad history that whatever you do, it will always be the place for chavs.

I think McDonalds could improve on the amount of grease they put on the fries... I used to be a McDonalds fries addict now I cant stand to eat them because of the amount of grease blah =P

I personally LOVE McDonalds!! The only thing I could think of to improve is the cleanliness. I've been to over 10 McDonalds all over the country and they all seem to have a problem with that. In fact, about 6 of them had clogged toilets--it was simply nasty! But other than that...McDonalds is the best fast food chain out there!

Pay more.  Then you could attract better people to work there.  I don't eat there much, but stopped at a local one tonight on my way home.  The cashier was bored and vapid.  I gave her my order and she hadn't included all of it.  Then when I finally found the unsweet tea, it was so old it was undrinkable.  I told her.  She just stared at me.  I tried to get the manager's attention, but she wasn't much older than the crew and was horsing around with an employee and customer.  In other words, it was like they got paid the same amount if they provided customer service or not, so they opted not to.  I won't go back to that store for a LONG time.

Well if you want the truth -- I don't  like McD.  Their food is greasy, I've heard the small hamburgers & cheeseburgers are made from soy, not meat.  I've also had bad experiences with customer service.  The young people they hire seem to be more interested in talking to their co-workers about dating, school, etc., etc.  Most of them have attitudes, like they hate their job.  Maybe its just me, but I've heard the same complaints from different people.

McDonalds is fine at what it does - which is to cater for the poor... in my opinion the quality of food is dreadful, the place stinks, and the staff are idiots - but hey, 69p for a burger isn't it? If you wanted more go to Gourmet burger where it's 10 times that

I worked at a McDonald's and It was terrible.  They treated us like dirt.  The roof leaked on the grill and there were mouse droppings and dead mice under the drink station in the drive through.  This McDonald's was located in Enola Pennsylvania.

I am sure there are nice McDonald's out there, but this one is anything but.  The management was rude and obnoxious.  They didn't care about us one bit and that is why I quit.  

I don't feed my kids McDonald's food anymore because there is no other McDonald's close enough.  I would never feed my kids at the Enola one!

I get my kids Wendy's instead.  The chicken nuggets are all white meat.  The fries don't have beef in them.  And there is never any crunchy or gummy things in the nuggets.

Anyone who has eaten at McDonald's all their life usually has some story of biting into a vein or something else not so delicious in their nugget.  We haven't found that at Wendy's

I work for mcdonalds, and I would say to serve breakfast to at least 11 00 everyday, and not just on the week end.  And to hire hard working people like me and not some kid who is a brat and doesn't want to do anything.

Yes they could start producing fast food. 25 mins i was left waiting in their car park before they brought me my order the other day.Also they could comunicate with each other a bit better im sick of the amount of times ive orderd and paid for a hot drink only to be told at the collection window we are really sorry but the tea\coffe machines are empty.

Ordered three #11. Received only two #11's (chicken nuggets meal).

& once I gave them a $20 bill & the cost was only $10 they never gave me back my money, even when i asked.

stop serving healthy c**p such as apples and carrots, thats not what people go to mcdonalds for. People go to mcdonalds to have a large mclard with a side order of pure concentrated fat. You want salad? GO TO A SALAD BAR DUFUS!
