Ok I am a religious person BUT..............

What if there is no Heaven or h**l..

What happens to you??

Is there some sort of other demension that only our spirits live in or do we exists as some sort of gas or something..

And what happens when we die is it like a dream? or does everything just vanish like when your sleeping but not dreaming and you never wake up?? or do you live another life in some other demension.. But then again that would be like heaven or h**l..

Im just really confused.. I know there are no for sure answers but I would like to hear what people think happens..

  1. Well i'm a jehovah witness and we believe that h**l isn't some firey place you get tormented it's just the common grave when you die you are conscious of nothing just dead you go no where nor or you reborn

  2. Read this book

'Ghosts Among us by James Van Praagh'.

  3. Nothing.

    That's it.

    You're gone.

  4. Well something does happen, I feel.  However, it's not some judgment of heaven or h**l, but has more to do with quantum physics and the nature of the universe.  After all, we humans are the mechanism by which the universe has become aware of itself, in my opinion.

Let me just add that death cannot currently be avoided. However, we have the technology and the scientific tools at hand to significantly extend the useful human life span.  We are, in my opinion, the first generation to simply allow death to over take us.

  5. Non believers are just a worm feast waiting to happen and are fine with that.

  6. Hello, i have read your question, hoping that i can help you understand more, first i want to say you can die no better than you live,if you live like the devil, then i guess you will see him soon! seriously I am and have been raised in holiness majority of my life, im not a big fan of all these denominations, because GOD is coming back for a Church without spot or wrinkle not a denomination, im in a holiness church, because thats what GOD has called for us to be "HOLY" he said be ye holy for I am holy" and in hebrews 12&14 he said" follow peace with all men HOLINESS WITHOUT NO MAN SHALL SEE GOD". you cannot live all kinds of way then figure you going to heaven i dont believe it when people say nobody knows where they are going thats a LIE, if you are a saint of the most high GOD and live holy you can know where you can go,the bible say you can know that you have eternal life thorugh JESUS Christ our lord, i dont believe in all this mess that you die and you dont know nothing you are in a conscious state and all that mess thats garbage, if you live in sin and die and you are in tourment not h**l, when you live and leave the world as a saint you are not in heaven you are in heavenly places(IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD) when jesus was on the cross what did he tell the thief on the cross by him? he said today yo will be with me in PARADISE,not heaven we have to get a new heaven and earth, when the rapture takes place the saints of GOD that are left here on earth will be caught up in the air, but the DEAD IN CHRIST will rise first,to meet HIM in the air. no matter how people try and cremate people and burn them up,throw them in the ocean and all kinds of things you cannot possible exscape GOD,because even GOD said the SEA WILL HAVE TO GIVE UP THE DEAD. the bible says that the WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH,BUT THE GIFT OF GOD IS ETERNAL LIFE, if you live in sin then h**l  will be your home, but if you live a holy sanctified set apart life then HEAVEN will be your home, let me know if you have anymore questions, i have been saved since i was 16 and it hasnt been easy, but at the end it will be worth it.

  7. Nobody knows, it's beyond investigation.  There's no real reason to believe anything happens.  There's no reason to believe anything like a soul or spirit even exists.  You're dead and it's over.  The end.  Anybody who says anything more is speaking from personal beliefs, not anything concrete.

  8. Unfortunately,

I think that death will be like before you were born.

Not much happened, it was quite boring, but think of all those years you weren't alive...they went quite quickly and hopefully so will death!

  9. What happens to the body is obvious:  embalmed, cremated, buried in land or sea, destroyed by explosion, or whatever.  The atoms and molecules which made up your body are recycled.  The biological processes which enable what we call life slow down and stop.  That's biological death.  And that's all the answer science can give.

Beyond that, are you ruling out the answer as you ask the question?  You can look to the Bible for the Judeo-Christian answer, where it's variations on the theme of heaven/h**l.  Religious traditions vary.  But since there's no direct, material evidence, science can't provide an answer.

  10. It is impossible for the living to know.

My recommendation is to live each day the best you can.

Not so you can go to heaven or avoid going to h**l - that's no reason for behaving.

Being the best person you can be and improving ever so slightly every day of your life - that should be your goal and its own reward.

You can then go through life without regret, and be at peace with yourself when you leave the world.

  11. .

The majority makes the teachings of Christ of no effect by man-made traditions.

One man-made tradition is that "good people go to heaven when they die and bad people go to h**l when they die."

This is taught generation after generation, parent to child, in hopes of scaring someone into being good.  But, it doesn't work, does it?

Isn't it time we transcended the fables of childhood?

No one has gone to heaven except the Son of man (John 3:13).

    And h**l?

Where are the people who have died?

    They are in their graves!

"Marvel not at this, for the hour is coming, in which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, and shall come forth; they that have done good unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation" (John 5:28-29).

The King James "damnation" is from the Greek word "krisis" meaning separating and contesting.

The "contesting" takes place in a second physical life after the 1000 years.  The vast majority of mankind is not being called now.  They are neither lost nor saved.

Some of the ones who are "contesting" in the future will still not repent.  And they will cease to exist.  The ones who do repent will be given eternal life.  The promise from God through Christ is eternal life, not heaven.

People in this life who have already repented will be given bodies that do not die (1 Corinthians 15:52-54).  The same thing will happen to people called later.  They will have their chance for salvation at that time.  Most will embrace it and thereby secure eternal life for themselves.

  12. I reckon its just like before you were born - nothingness! You no longer exist and its harsh as it may seem i believe you are no more 'asleep' or 'dreaming' or in an other dimension than a rock, table or any other inanimate object.

There is no evidence to say it will be any other way.

I know my scientific view of that looks pretty glum but would you really like to go on for eternity - the last time i checked thats a pretty long time! I know I wouldn't!

I think you only get one life and you should enjoy it as best as you can!

  13. nothing, it's over
