If there is no purgatory, what happens when Christian sin?

(I know that there is no support for the idea of purgatory in the Bible.)

God has wrath against sin. What happens when Christians sin? It should make sense that God's wrath is upon us - he graciously allows us to feel the consequences on earth, but is there any other punishment? Is there any judgement or suffering after death if a Christian sins? From God's justice it seems that there should be.

  1. in the end they all die and see it was all for nothing

  2. Jesus paid for all our sin, past present and future, he took every bit of God's wrath for us

  3. When we sin, we ask forgiveness, and it is given to us. God's wrath against sin was directed against Christ on the cross 2,000 years ago, and He paid the price for it.  That is God's justice, because He loved us so much, He didn't want to lose us.

  4. Look at 1 Corinthians 3:14–15: "If the work which any man has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward. If any man’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire."A person at death who still has personal faults is prevented from entering into heaven because he is not completely purified  He must go through a period of purgation in order to be made clean, for nothing unclean will enter heaven god sends people to h**l  because they don't believe in him  but if they believe they will be saved  the word purgatory is not said in the bible not everything the church teaches  is in the bible where in the bible does it say that it has to be in it to be true no where let me ask you a question do you believe in the trinity it's not said in the bible.

  5. No sin will enter heaven.  If a Christian serves God for most

of their lives but one day commits a sin and dies in that sin.

That person will go to h**l.

  6. If we die in sin, be it Christian or non-Christian, our punishment is the same, if not worse, because we know better.  God's grace is what gives us a second ( and 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc) chance to ask forgiveness, but if we do not take it.  h**l will be our eternal home.  Where death finds you, eternity keeps you.
