If there was a disaster ..?

If there was a disater a fire or flood that required any sort of evacuation from your property what would be the 3 things you would grab before leaving??

My pistol (not for defense, but to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands), my wallet and my family photos.  I'd hate to leave behind my PS3, flat screen TV and my awesome computer, but one must prioritize.
