  1. People don't widely believe in astrology in this period, so no, companies wouldn't and don't hire people based on their birth charts.

However, you would probably be very, very surprised to discover what the government and larger multinational companies may be doing in relation to astrology and other fields like it.

On top of this, that would be discriminatory. It would probably be against the law.

It would also be uselss considering the sun sign won't tell you what kind of worker a person will be. The whole chart needs to be looked at, and intuition used.

  2. "Wouldn't companies vet people on their star sign?"

Some do! But not just on their Sun sign; that's "popular" astrology and just about useless.

My partner used to provide astrological consultancy services to businesses, regards their employees, before retiring.

    Ax

    .

  3. Some Truth in the character of people born in certain months.!!!

    No.!!!

  4. there is some truth but everyone is different.....

  5. Lol! Your funny. Uh i think its more for fun, with elements of truth, or coincidences (if you like to put it that way). I sorta believe in starsigns but one theory is that the moon influences the waves, so its sorta like the stars have an influence in on people depending when they're born and what the stars are aligned or something like that.

And if your gunna take it seriously if everyone believed in Starsigns, its way too complicated because you need to take into account people's sun sign, what planets are aligned where and blah blah blah and people end up being equally good as the next astro wise anyway. And I think most people don't know what TIME they were born so it just goes down the drain. So its too complicated and not everyone believes in starsigns, most dont. Its more for fun *has repeated self*

  6. It would be a good strategy.

  7. The publishing company for which I work does use planet signs and aspects to determine which prospective writers they want as clients. In particular here are some things they look for:

Mercury either conjunct or opposition Uranus or Saturn

Any planets in the first house, especially conjunction the ascendant

    Mars in Pisces or Libra

Edit: No, they don't tell people this. They do not use these as their only criterion in the final decision.

  8. lol. wouldn't that be politically incorrect....

  9. You aren't permitted to vet people based on race, color, creed or s*x... and this would fall under that...

    ''''''''''''''''''

Professsor Yaffle... I am a professional astrologer with 20+ years of experience... it certainly works... but it would be unethical to use astrology in job searches...

  10. Leos r the worlds leaders as well as EGOISTS  and they do not accept  defeat even if they r wrong. if u give me any date and time of birth i will annalyse it 4 u free of costs 4 ur satisfaction and belief.

u can email me till u employ me through yahoo.

  11. No it is absolute nonsense. People try to use pseudo scientific explanations for external circumstances and what happens to an individual, but there is no evidence to suggest this is even remotely true. There have been a number of studies, over a number of years, that have traced the life outcomes of individuals born at the same time; these studies have proved beyond on doubt that astrology in no way influences a person's life chances as the subjects (some 2000 people) all had vastly different outcomes.

  12. Yes. You are right. But horoscope believers aren't usually the sort of people that have any position of authority. They use their belief as a way of coming to terms with their lack of control over their lives.
