An applied criterion of principles and integrity would set a standard of a rally towards excellence. If the establishment itself is ruled by persons of less than noble character, altruistic ambitions and are outwardly partisan in the quest for power and dominance, what expectations is society able to hold towards the creation of peace and social order.

The Collins project is as successful as the visible applications of modes of conduct by its hierarchy. In the absence of any such dignitary to illumine the way to the generation of such a creed, the project hangs precariously on a limb at the mercy and subjections of any who seek to undermine and utilise.
