  1. You should start treating for them now. Get the gel from the home depot and clean up everything so no food will be around for them. they will quickly multiply and ruin your furniture and stay in your clothes.

  2. It depends.

Roaches do not infest a room without food.

If you found a roach in your bedroom, it is just a roaming insect, except if you use to eat at your bedroom... don't do it.  Eat at the kitchen.

Now, the kitchen and bathroom is another story.

To combat roaches, forget about sprays and traps.  There is a brown type of  gel you can buy at the Home Depot, apply 1/2 to 1 inch stripes under the sink, cabinets doors hinges, wherever you think the roaches may roam during the night... they ingest the gel and ending dead at the nest.  Roaches are canibals, they eat their dead, so they end up eating the poison and will die along.  It works, as far I can say, is the only thing worked in my home.

  3. more likely because the reproduction of roach are in cluster not individual

  4. Probably so, if it was the little brown cockroach.  If it was a big black one, it may be the only one; typically they live outside or in unheated buildings, and once in a while one wanders into the house by mistake.

BTW roaches eat a lot of things besides what we think of as food.  They eat paper and glue and such, and they have no qualms about going into the bedroom, sad to say.

  5. no not really they come from outside.

  6. probably they usually come with more than one if you have a problem with them call an exterminator. The roaches come from outdoors and they sometimes duplicate fast.

  7. more than likely, with cockroaches, even if there was only one, it's only a matter of time before there's more
