Libra is cardinal, Aquarius is fixed, and Gemini is mutable.  Libra, being the cardinal sign, is the natural born leader of all of the air signs.  I would pick a Libra Sun, Aquarius Moon as my president.  The Aquarius Moon will make them original in thought and action...willing to do what is right over what is popular.  The Libra Sun, however, would enable them to see both sides of an issue before making the proper decision, which is crucial, and would also help them carry themselves with diplomacy, which is also crucial.

Definitely LIBRA!

They are known for being fair and very diplomatic.  The only problem is they rarely want to be president in the first place because they can be lazy.

Gemini would be the worst president by far (dishonesty and fickleness are terrible qualities for a president)

Gemini president would be useless--he/she would just be taking bribes right and left.

Aquarius president could be the worse (potentially)--a fixed mindset could lead to impulsive/very altering action....and that is too risky at a time where foreign affairs are as delicate as they are now....aquas also are adamnat about being right (more than libra, but libra usually is), and avoid compromising.

That of course is concerning the presidency, aquarius would be a BAD choice, but concerning other matters such as a husband, that would call for some re-evaluating....

Hmmm... out of those three, I'd probably choose Aquarius. Intelligent and often humanitarians, they seem like the best bet. Lincoln and Roosevelt were both Aquarians.

Abraham Lincoln was an Aquarius and look at what he did. Ronald Reagan and Franklin Roosevelt were also Aquarius presidents. Jimmy Carter and Eisenhower were the only real good Libra presidents. John F. Kennedy in the other hand was a Gemini and so is Bill Clinton I believe. I would pick Aquarius too and I am not trying to be biased like some of the other Libra-voting Libra repliers. I just think that when it comes to being a leader, Aquarius have that gift more than the other two Air signs. I think the best Presidential ticket would consist of an Aquarius and a Libra.

K, well, I would NOT choose the Gemini as they are the most FICKLE of the zodiac. .

Aquarius' are logical & base things on science as their nature, so they'd be wiser than the Gemini. .

Libra would be ok, I guess.

I would pick Aquarius as well.

This is why:

Innovative, humanitarian, persistant, brainy, independent and quick.  

Additonally, although cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn) are initiators, its not always going to work, because of other traits.  I think Aries and Cap are born leaders, but not Libra or Cancer.  I would go with:

Fire:    Aries/Aries dominant in chart or Leo/Leo dominant in chart

Earth:  Cap/Cap dominant in chart

Air:      Aquarius/Aquarius dominant in chart

Water: Scorpio/Scorpio dominant in chart

Me:  Scorpio/Gemini/Scorpio
