If this is link https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov given for the US waver visa form why is nothing available?

They do say this scheme starts in 2009 and advise signing in as from August 2008. How does one get this form , ? Can anyone help/

    Yes I have tried to download the application form using the address you described, with no success. The ESTA help desk doesn't seem to respond either.

    Perhaps it was a premature announcement made at the 'spur of the moment', before the paperwork was sorted for January 2009.

    Most agencies and airlines are either unaware, or dont seem to be too worried about the form for the moment. Let's face it, some of them are trying to hold on to a dwindling customer base, anyway!
