  2. well it depends. if the human body is in a frozen state then time stops for that body but would keep going in the outside world. but theoretically time stoppage is impossible. but i don't think that temperature has anything to do with stopping time. it would have to be on a universal level. if it were possible. you can warp time with gravitational pull but not stop it.
