If two evils are presented and a Christian picks or tries to pick the lesser of the two evils, is the Christian who did the picking in the wrong in any way. (Yes this is to do with the election)

No, that Christian is not wrong.  I have walked into a voting booth and picked the lesser of two evils before.  I never voted for anyone named Bush though.
