  1. No....

look up the events during the process of meiosis...you will see how many different possibilities (crossing over of alleles, mutations, etc.) occur when gametes or s*x cells are produced.

  2. I would imagine to an extent yes, they would look similar. They probably wouldn't resemble each other on a "twin" scale.

  3. All the children would be genetically brothers and sisters even though legally, they would be first cousins. That's because identical twins have the exact same genetic makeup with each other. That's why there's no worry about organ rejection when one identical twin donates an organ to the other. As for looking like each other, I would imagine that the children would look like regular siblings. They would resemble each other but not necessarily look exactly like each other.

  4. They would look similar but the "crossing over" that happens during the meiosis would give the children some differences.

  5. not necisaily

  6. They would resemble each other about as much as non-twin brothers and sisters would be expected to. That is, they might resemble one another, but they may look nothing alike.

  7. I do know two brothers who married two sisters.  They weren't twins, but their kids all looked like brothers and sisters.

  8. Not necessarily even when the chances of them having huge similarities exist.
