  3. When the 2 bulbs are connected in series, then all of the electricity must go through each.

    If you mean turning off one, then false, it will turn he other off also.

    If you mean just turning its direction, it will not effect the other.

  4. If you turn off one light bulb, the other will turn off as well (since there's no electricitiy flowing if you break the circuit).
