  2. Not in mass. Me and my father were on the title and he was the only one that had 2 go. This was 4 years ago so i don't know if any laws have changed. Or different laws for different states

  3. No. Not for registration,  When selling the vehicle, if the title says John AND Mary Smith, both would need to sign the title. If it says john OR Mary smith, either one can sign it.
