Wait till new 80GB arrives 27.08.08. It's the same 40GB with 80GB HDD. It will cost the same.

I'd buy an import 80gb or PAL 60gb so I could have the card readers and the PS2 back compatibility.

Then I'd spend the rest on GT5 prologue, COD4 and Battlefield...if I had any money left
