If u bounce cheques, will the bank give you chance to pay it back ?

i dont need people having a go at me over this, i was 18 and greedy and am wanting to solve this but am worried that they wont give me any more chances and they might have me in court or something.

I have ran away frm this for last 2 years and they know this. it was few thousond.

i just need to know if they will give me the chance to pay it back or will be ahrd on me as i have kids to think about

You should check on the ChexSystems because the bank will report you to ChexSystems due to bounce bank checks.  If you found something that you need to clean it out, you can go to bank and talk with teller.  If you pay back to bank, they might report you to ChexSystems as "PAID" or "CLEAR" status.

When you 'stick' a bank with some kind of debt, either overdrafts, unpaid loans, and they are not paid , the bank will report you to an outfit called "Checksystems. ALL banks do thei. When u go to open a checking, savings, get a loan,   whatever ,"Checksystems" is called. If u are on their list (they will ask for your SS # too) the Bank will not let u open ANY account. Don't bother going to the next Bank up the street, cause they'll give you the same story. Go to the Bank where you screwed up, tell them you want to fix it  aand ask them what to do. I'd say go to the Manager of the Bank. Sometimes you can get someone on the platform (desks in the lobby) and they're not sure what to do.. The Manager is. After you streighten it out and the debt is paid then the Bank will get u off of Checksystems. This is for the USA.. Are you in England?
