If u call in sick do they take out money?

i called in sick 2day(i wasnt really sick,haha!) will they take 2days pay out of my check?

ps: i dont do this frequently, this is my 1st time, i dont plan on doing it anymore unless i really am sick. i was just really tired 2day wen i woke up

R u a full time employee? depending on your employer they will pay you sick days for these two days.

Unless you either have insurance or a company paid benefit, you won't get paid unless you work.  Your employer probably gave you an employee handbook that has info on all of the benefits, punishments, and other policies relating to your job.

If your benefits include sick days then they won't take off pay for the day off, however, if you do not get sick days and are paid hourly, then no you will not be paid.

are you hourly or salary? do you get "sick/personal" days benefit? - if hrly, you just won;t get paid for the day - however many hrs you normally work in a day - they  don't deduct it, they just don;t pay it - if you normally work 40 hrs, and you don;t have sick days or are not salary, then you only get paid for 32 hrs in your next paycheck

If you have sick days you are fine.  If not you will lose the money.
