well for the sake of the people visiting it would be better if the tourist guide had a hijab or scarf as u said, a lot of foreign people are kidnapped these days in islamic countrys so just to be on the safe side a tourist guide with a hijab is the way to go

Of course she should have the scarf. Many people come over to visit this land and to see the culture of it. Not only is hijab a religious requirement but it is also a culture.

Also a muslim woman shouldn't be a tourist guide except under the fact that she is guide to women only or unless she has a mahram with her.

Because otherwise there is free mixing of men and women and this is forbidden in islam.
