I already did from Texas to Washington (changed my Texas citizenship five years ago to that of Washington).  I don't think I'd want to migrate outside the USA union boundaries as no country in the world has citizens who have as much freedom as those in the USA plus it is a lot safer then most places in the world.  Other places have free citizens but not the INDIVIDUAL freedom enjoyed and abused by Americans.

australia, because the land area is not proportionate to the population and there is a need to put some people in some areas to cultivate the land and utilize it productively.
