I would choose both my sister and brother.

My sister because she got pregnant @ 15 then married and had first child @ 16.  Two months later pregnant w/2nd child.  Because husband a Marine moved from FL to TN to SC then back to FL, she grew up the two kids by herself as a child because husband always shipped out.  She is back in FL just had 3rd child and is now due in Oct to deliver 4th child.  She is now 26 successfully married 10+ years.  Successfully lives a Marines wife life on base.  WHO DESERVES IT MORE THAN HER!!!!

Ahhhh BUT alas then their's my brother.  Issues for him and his wife both with drugs and god knows what.  One child perfect, 2nd child severely handicapped.  After 18 yrs of personal torture, they are both on their way to recovery.  My brother more so than his wife (whom he divorced alone the way and recently remarried),  They too moved to FL and that is where they are currently make a CLEAN, NEW Start for all of their lives............

My brother or my sister. They are far worse off than I am. They both work very hard to get what they have, and they still have very little. They both have kids, and I don't have any. They are proud, hard working citizens, and compared to me, they are bigger people for it!!! I would give them everything that I have to help them, but they have pride. I would give them both evrything if I had a million dollars so they could live thier lives worry free!

First, truly and honestly, I wouldn't want it.  Second, I wouldn't want to give it to anyone I care for.  Money is not the answer in any way, shape or form - look around.  Seriously, take a good look around.  Most of us can put on a good "show" and seem happy and fine with the world - but behind closed doors it's a totally different story.  I think the best thing to do would be to give it to a good charity/cause.  :)

My dad, because my mom cheated on him several times and left him with basically just the shirt on his back. He is a janitor and has to work nights, and he works very hard, and his company has no 401K at all.
