Ok, so in the left hand here is the note order up to where the singing starts. (Note that the notes F C G D are sharp)

E E E E B B B B C C C C A A A A

And for the Right hand:

BFG  G E B E G B D F G F B G F D C E G E B E G C A C E C A E C A.

I  hope that helps. It was kinda hard to read the small print though, but there you go!

Just a note.... The above answer is right, only the first chord is BEG, not BFG.  It's an E major chord (as it says from the guitar chords above) and BFG would be like a B6 chord or something.
