Last year's spring race at Martinsville.  That was the epic battle between Jimmie and Jeff, owner vs. driver, mentor vs. the student.  It was an instant classic and people may look back at it as a "changing of the guard" someday.

2003 darlington - ricky cravens/kurt busch beating and banging all through the last 3 or 4 laps.  and they continued to beat and bang after crossing the finish line - after posting the closest 1-2 finish in the modern era (or at least since the advent of the new timing mechanisms). and then to shake hands and walk away afterwards.  helluvarace.

I would go to the 2004 Samsung/Radioshack 500. What a race. Followed by the 2001 Food City 500, 2004 Pop Secret 400, and the 1998 Daytona 500 (I still get chills down my spine when I see all the teams lined up on pit toad.

The 1999 Exide NASCAR Select Batteries 400 in Richmond.

Why?  Thats where Tony Stewart got his very first win.  I wish that I could have been there to see it. I am sure that it was AWESOME!

This is a hard question. 2007 Daytona (Kevin Harvick/Mark Martin) or 2003 Darlington (Kurt Busch/Ricky Craven) is a good choice or 1999? Darlington (Jeff Burton/Jeff Gordon) or 1995 Richmond (Dale Sr./Terry Labonte) then again almost every race at Bristol is excitement. Bristol Baby.

2007 Daytona 500. I was supposed to go but didn't get to at the last minute. I was thrilled with the outcome but have never been so mad about missing a race in my life lol
