If u could jump so high, would u touch the sky?

No. It would get too cold and I couldn't breath. I wouldn't want to. Also I couldn't touch the sky. I'd have to go through all these atmospheres and eventually I'd be in space. Which is a bad place to be without a space suit. I don't want to.

The sky starts at ground level, so you are already touching it.

not technically. there is indeed many gases and water up there, but you cant actually physically touch and feel the sky. if so, you could bring some back down with you in a jar or something! the only physical thing you can actually touch in the sky is ice (hail, cirrus clouds, etc.)

Not really. The sky isn't really a physical entity, it's an illusion produced by light.
