Well, my big questions is why you're barring answers.  In reality, Cena would be at the top of the list for many independant wrestling fans.  Bourne and HBK wouldn't be on anyone's list...  Matt probably wouldn't either...  and Jeff?  Well, he'd be on my list, but not near the top.

All of those people have no reason to be barred.

Anyway...  on with my answer.  Right now, I think that The Great Khali should be banned forever.  He's a huge waste of time and money.  His matches are slow and uneventful, down to my belief that even HBK wouldn't be able to pull him to a solid match...

On the mic, he's horrid.  Probably the worst I've ever seen.  Not because he can't speak english, but because it seems like he has to breath ultra heavy to speak every word he says.  It makes it sound like he's completely out of shape, even though he really doesn't seem to be.

His in-ring talent is at question, as well.  He's the only "big man" that doesn't do any "big man" moves, except for his choke bomb.  I'm wondering why there's no stomps, or military presses to larger opponents, or throwing over the ropes...  it's frustrating just to watch him.

In the end, if he were banished, I wouldn't miss him in the least.  In fact, I hope it happens.  Really, I do.
