there r 22 Arabic countries . But if u decided to take a closer look to their Civilizations..which country will u choose.

Egypt ? Syria ? Qatar ? UAE?

My answer would depend in whose shoes I am in:

As a person who don't care about money, is interested in shopping, going to beaches, wants to have some luxus, visit a Muslim country but does not want do be bothered by the Muslime culture to much  - UAE

As a person who is interested in visiting historical and cultural scenes - Egypt, Persia

As a person who respects the Muslim culture, wants to see culture and enjoy nice relaxing vacation - Oman, Qatar

Civilizations? As a tourist you mostly will stay in the hotel, visit the hotel beach and visit places where tour guides take you. Tourists hardly never have any contact with locals. Unless in Egypt.

All countries mentioned by you have their pros and cons. In case I would be a Westerner going to make this decision out of the mentioned countries - Qatar.

I'm Syrian, so Syria is out of the competition for me.

I have visited UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon and recently Egypt (which was a dream come true for me) , so out of your list it is Qatar... I hope I will be able to visit it soon, Inshallah.
