Don't wear it. Or check the integrity of the eyeliner you already have. Try putting some on and sprinkling some water over your eyes. If it smears easily from just that, I would say your best bet is to not wear any. No one will care.

It depends on the strength of the eyeliner that you have. If it stands up reasonably well to a bit of water (e.g. a long lasting kohl type) apply a bit of foundation or concealer (or primer if you have it) to your skin before you apply the eyeliner, to give it something to attach to. Build it up gradually in light strokes, even try blotting it on a tissue like you would lipstick so that there's not a thick layer that's more likely to be washed away.

However if the eyeliner you have runs at the smallest splash of water, you're really better not using it.

just dont wear any because the only way is to buy waterproof makeup but since you dont have time then just save money and go with a natual look :)

Don't wear any!

If you know that you are going to be going on water rides or something of the like, you don't have to wear makeup! Surely everyone will understand because if it's hot, or if your face gets wet, it's going to run anyway!

If you absolutely want to wear makeup, than keep it minnimal so it won't be as noticeable when evrything runs off!
