If u get a tourist visa from laos to enter Thailand cant you apply for a non b at bangkok immigration?LAOS SUK

my boss was an idiot didnt give me one stupid doc i needed

so instead go again to laos was wondering if it can be done at bkk immigration

i'm pretty sure you can not aplly for a non visa b,...if you have one allready you can renew one at immigration,but better you try it outside thailand becouse you can get a one year visa mutch more easy..if you know were to go...the netherland is very easy by the way.

You need to apply for the B Visa outside of Thailand.  I here Peneng is a good place to do this.

Non-imm B, is done outside Thailand....so another trip to Laos...

Must say good way to start your working relationship with a new company calling the boss an idiot....

No. What you got is a tourist visa, and you can't legally work with one.

The proper procedure is:

- Have your company send by fax an invitation to a Thai embassy.

- Go to that Thai embassy, apply for the visa, refer to that fax.

- You will receive a 3 month non-imm B that will allow your company sufficient time to apply for a work permit and a 1 year non imm B.

Work for a new company.

All I can say is if you know the right people, money talks.  Otherwise, you need to start the process over.
