If u get banned from a website will the law come after u?

i got banned from a website for being underage.

They could. Just stay away.

Absolutely not. The burden of proof would be on them to prove it was YOU that relogged on, and not somebody using your computer and IP address.

Very doubtful. The manpower just isn't there to chase down every violator of websites like that. The webmaster will most likely just lock out your IP address from being able to access their servers.
