If u get busted for using some1s ID to buy alcohol?

my friend found an ID on the ground that looked just lik me. Im 17 and the ID was for 22. I thought it was fake b/c it was dented so it couldnt swipe and the guy looked rilly young. However, my friend was being rilly high key and got me busted. Im prolly goin get the ID theft charges dropped but still get an MIP for alcohol. hw much trouble is probation do they drug test for alcohol and other substances. wuts the usual terms of probation.

lol its easier jsut to stand outside like at vons or something or safeways... and ask an old man or old woman that doesn't look like they will bust you out (like rat on you)  and act really mature and be nice to them and call them a  friend. chances are they will buy you what they want

They will test you for substances...alcohol in your case. They will place enforceable restrictions on your movement (where you can and can't hang out). You can commit no Misdemeanors or Felonies. You will have to pay heavy fines, and you will be ordered some sort of therapy.
