If u get your classes changed the first day of high school will it change that same day?

ok so i start high school tomorrow and im really nervous becuz they gave me all the wrong classes. I tryed to call the school but they never called back. So now the first day of school i have to go down to the office and get my classes changed. I was wondering if i get my classes changed that day does that mean that ill get to go to all my correct classes the same day? Please answer back asap. Thank you:)

would the guiadance office let me switch my government class nd science class.cause i have government for 4th then science for 5th but i want it the other way around.am i aloud to do that on the first day of school?
