Question:

If u go to M Donalds and wanna eat something healthy What would you choose??

I am a Mc Donalds Manager and i know fast food is no so good but because of work i have to make at leats a meal there which is good for my economy cuz is free do u think if i stick to grilled chicken salads yogurts and dont drink pop would be ok??? Thank You

  1. I think you should eat the fruit salad and yogurt. Its really good and it usually fills me up pretty fast.

    Oh and drink water!


  2. Grilled chicken salads and sandwiches, and the yogurt parfait are your best bets.  Soda is a definite no-no

  6. That sounds good to me. Anything grilled and not fried is your

    best bet. You don't have to go the yogurt route. You can drink

    tea which is good for you, and you can drink milk too. Ice up

    the milk to make it really cold and it will taste even better on a

    warm day. Same for the tea. And add some lemon if you

    carry it, and either sugar or sugar sub. But the sugar sub isn't good for you actually. So sugar would be the better choice.

    There is a focus now on preservatives that are poison to our

    bodies. Who's to say, they aren't the cancer causing agents

    that take years to cause a problem. But when they do, they

    often go undetected, til it's too late. We are staying away from

    all that we can and eating natural as much as possible. Or-

    ganic is the way to go!

  9. I was in the same situation. The healthest thing you can eat is the grilled chicken. It's good with the veggies that are used in the burritos. The salad is ok but it's got chemicals on it so it isn't as good as it should be. Just stick to the yogurt and the grilled chicken and veggies. The hambuger is good too if you just eat the pattie.

  17. salads are good but keep in mind that the salad dressings are full of fat and calories.. so maybe u could bring your own dressing or find a yummy low fat one?

    I HIGHLY suggest the fajitas.. if your really concerned about fat then get it without cheese. theyre yummy,.. full of chicken and veggies and they have 2 gr of fat in them .

    the fruit and yogurt parfaits are good as well as the grilled chicken sandwich like everyonementions.. but what i suggest is getting a copy of your nutrition guide... take a look and compare at what sounds good and has less fat/cals/sodium.
