If u overdose on Cymbalta can serotonin syndrome wear off?

This disease i heard can be fatal but i just wanted to know if u stop taking the medication after u overdose can the symptons wear off. Dilated pupils, muscle spasms, vomiting, unable to walk, headaches, etc.

Serotonin Syndrome can be fatal (and often is) if not properly recognized.  So, in short, if you manage to get through the episode, you'll likely survive.  Serotonin syndrome isn't the sort of thing that "wears off" like a hangover.
