well as you think of it as a breakfast meal.. think in terms of your morning meal of breakfast.. what do you eat if you were at a restaurant that served morning breakfast.. a collection of light nutricious healthy choices... it doesnt have to be middle eastern ethnically based..

juice, fruits, finger tidbits, bisquits, breads, croisants, cereals, soups, cheese and crackers, milk, yogurt, tea, coffee, toast, pancakes, creams, etc.. the usual light fare one eats after fasting for ramadan or even waking up from night and eating a normal "breakfast" meal.. get it? something not too heavy on the stomach
