well i wouldnt think there would be much signal for a cell phone.and unlimited supply of food and water is cheating. so ill say

1)matches/lighter(to start fires)

2)a pan(cook fish and catch fresh rain water)

3)a fishing pole/line and hook(to catch my dinner with)

of course if there was lots of food and water on the island(fruit trees and streams) i would take

1)pair of shoes to protect my feet

2)blanket to keep me warm through the night and protect me from the sun through the day
