there is a guy who runs the fan club in vermillion city he will give u a voucher give it to the bike person and u get a bike  but from here u must have a water, rock ,electric and gost pokmon to get ready for elite four i prefer u have a blastoise everywhere u go if u level him very good u have god chanss to beat elite 4

(Sigh...) The guy who runs the pokemon fan club will give you a bike voucher if you talk to him. He's in vermillion city. Bring it back to the bike store in cerulean and you get a bike.

1. After defeating the 2nd Gym Leader Misty in Cerulean City, head

   South to Vermillion City.

2. Once there, find the Pokemon Fan Club's house.

3. Next, talk to the man on the sofa and he'll give you a Bicycle

    Voucher for listening to his story.

4. After that, go back to Cerulean City and find the Bicycle Shop.

5. Then, talk to the person at the counter and he'll exchange your voucher for a bike.
