i want 2 b a real estate agent and im considering homeschooling so i kan finish early and kan i go 2 kollege and do u even have 2 go 2 kollege 2 be a real estate agent??

  1. Actually you don't go to college, except for maybe an optional course or two.

    You go to a certified real estate school that charges a fee.  Then you take a test and if you pass it you find a job at some real estate company.

    You need a car, a good car, because you gotta people out and show them houses.

    It's pure commission work.  You get 1 1/2% of what you sell and 1 1/2% if someone sells one of your listings.

    It generally takes a year to start making money so you need to be able to fund the gas in your car with some other means...

    I wouldn't rush graduating though... and whether you homeschool or go to a school, I would highly recommend working on your spelling, grammar and writing skills.

  5. You can go to college if you are homeschooled, as long as you are studying college prep materials.

    You, for example, desperately need to take a course in grammar and spelling.
