  1. I don't exersize and I eat a helluva lot.

No clue why I'm 70 pounds. o_O (Healthy for my height, 4'7, not like, deathly underweight)

  2. i cut back on drinking soda and fried foods ate less portions at all meals and drank tons of water, exercise helps too but my job keeps me on my feet all day so i did not need to.

  3. well im not naturally skinny i have to work to stay skinny i dont eat as much and try to drink mostly water and i am always exercising cause i am the captain at school cheer and i am a gymnast so im always working and im 94 pounds and 14

  4. i am very thin 90+ lbs and 14 years old

but i dont look gross or anerexic hahah it fits.

i was born thin and have a very quick metabolism.i eat normally whenever i want or im hungry. but im also very very active i ride bikes everyday and watch exercise programs straight from the tv (when im bored on ONDEMAND). all i can say is be very active and everything will be ok.

  5. to be honest, i don't do anything

    i'm naturally skinny

    i have a fast metabolism

and i eat a lot, especially junk food

    and i don't exercise

    (btw, i'm 18, 5'2", and 100 lbs.)

sorry if this wasn't helpful to you

  6. Personally, I play soccer in the summer and fall, and row in the winter, spring, and summer. Soccer helps me get into good shape, but rowing and the winter workouts associated with it are far more rewarding. We run a lot (at least 5 miles a day), go on the ergometer (most gyms have them), and weight train.

If you have the opportunity to get into rowing, I suggest you do. It is as physically demanding as you want it to be (the work you put into it is the workout you get out of it) and works the significantly works the legs and core muscles, as well as the arms. I would look into it; it will not make you manly, it will give you a nice, muscular body. If you can, I would look into it.

Also, I do bicycle crunches (excellent ab/oblique/core workout), push ups, and lift on an every-other-day schedule. I used to be a chubby kid in grade school but high school has really helped me lose the weight and keep it off; now being 17 I am in the best shape of my life and, for the first time, have a 6 pack.

Just find something that you will find to be fun, and is a great workout that makes you sore the next day!

...oh and regarding what I eat: whatever I want just no McDonald's, Burger King, etc. Basically no fast food, unless it is Baja Fresh, Saladworks, or Subway (from time to time; not all items are that healthy.)

I hope that this whole life story of mine will motivate you to look for something you find exciting and fun!

  7. Stretch before and after exercise, run, climb stairs, cardio, dance, pilates and lift weights. Drink two glasses of fine filtered calcium fortified milk to build lean, firm, solid, healthy, well toned muscles fast.

Eat berries, citrus fruit, tropical fruit, leafy vegetables such radicchio, endive, spinach, parsley, cilantro and other vegetables such as potatoes with the skin on and yams, whole grains, whole wheat, oats, wild rice, extra firm tofu, lean red meat, lean white meat, eggs, egg whites, haddock, cod, herring, anchovies, canned or fresh crab meat, green olives, pro biotic yogurt, pro biotic cheese, pro biotic frozen yogurt, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil on salads and fish.

Drink grapefruit juice, raspberry juice, orange juice and tropical fruit juice without any sodium benzoate, green tea everyday, chamomile tea before, during and after menstruation to prevent pain, strain, cramps, bloating, gas and discomfort and drink plenty of filtered water to keep fresh, healthy and hydrated.
