If walking, how do you get to pubs in Lower Mall, Hammersmith (under bridge) from Hamm tube station (pic line)

I am meeting a friend at the entrance to the pic/dist line tube at Hammersmith and need to know how to get pubs on Lower Mall from there (walking not driving). Lower Mall is by the river under Hammersmith Bridge. I have looked on multimap but it's unclear because of the flyover. Many thanks.

Walk along the main road under the flyover towards Chiswick. I live in Gloucestershire now but my wife used to live at the OLD SHIP in the Mall Hammersmith.

You need to go underneath the flyover. There are two ways of coming out of the station, but its best to exit through the shopping centre. Ignore the location of the tube station on the attached map, the tube station is basically in the middle of a huge roundabout. You will need to cross the road, onto Queen Caroline Street and then walk down the road towards the A306. This will then lead you to Hammersmith Bridge Road. Just before the bridge, cross the road and that will lead you down to the pubs by the river.

Like the others said head towards Chiswick from under the flyover and turn left down any of the roads or take an taxi?maybe a better idea....is really freezing outside for a walk

Like the others said head towards Chiswick from under the flyover and turn left down any of the roads. The best pub in Lower Mall is The Dove. Its also one of the oldest and most historically significant pubs in London. On a lighter note its good for celeb spotting as well!
