1st Timothy 1:9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a RIGHTEOUS MAN but for the lawless and disbedient, for the ungodly and for the SINNERS, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayer, for whoremonger, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there were be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine.

1st Peter 4:18 and if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the SINNERS appear?

no one knows what God perfection is for every man, woman or child so please stop saying that there are no perfect person in the world since you have no clue what God perfection is for someone life. You may not be perfect in God's eyes but dont put your assumptions or opinion when you don't have facts or proof that there are no perfect people. If it was impossible to be perfect. I'm sure Jesus wouldnt have commanded it. Matthew 5:48. Be ye therefore PERFECT, even as your Father in heaven is PERFECT.

  1. All forgiven people. It is wise to ask forgiveness

  2. were all siners so jesus came and died on the cross for us all 2 be saved we ust have 2 accept him

  3. careful here - we can conclude what you are saying if we do not examine all scripture. The bible is clear that yes - we are commanded to be perfect, but no one is perfect. It is all prepaeration and testing to grow in grace for God's children.

    we read

Rom 3:11  There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

Rom 3:12  They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Psa 53:2  God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.

Psa 53:3  Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

The belivers will be truly perfect when ressureacted to receive their glorified bodies in heaven...

    god bless

  4. Perfection is PERFECTION.  You can't say that there is some "lower level" of "perfection" that is "good enough" for one person but not "good enough" for another.

You're grading on a curve, but God NEVER grades on a curve.

You must either be PERFECT (which is impossible for any of us therefore this way leads to eternal h**l), or you must believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ, in faith alone, as the only way into heaven.  We are unrighteous.  Jesus is righteous and gives His perfection to us as a gift.  All saved believers are still sinners.  If you think you must be some "level of sinlessness" to be saved, well you can't be saved that way.

The only way to be saved, is by believing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is this: The truth is that the only way to be saved and to get into heaven and avoid being sent to eternal h**l is by believing in faith alone that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). Believe this and you are saved!

Please pray now: "Jesus, please forgive me of my sins. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and You rose from the dead. Thank You for eternal life!" You will be in heaven with Him forever when you die. :)

  5. Psalm 14:3

They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

    Psalm 53:3

Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

    Jeremiah 4:22

For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.

    Micah 7:2

The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.

    Mark 10:18

And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God.

    John 3

18Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.

Perhaps there is another way for you to look at Matthew 5:48? Perhaps with some humility and truth?
