it all depends on what you are looking for, you can get quite cheap clothes from places like THis Fashion and along serangoon road and china town.

Not sure about electrical goods but am sure you can get quite cheap ones too depending if you want to use   it for 2 years or twenty ?

Dress & apparels are quite expensive buy its worth buying in Singapore as the varities are many. Reg the electronics its almost the same, malaysia has real good prices than Singapore.
